Syracuse Teen Who Shot And Killed A Man Has Been Identified

Syracuse, N.Y. - A Syracuse teenager who has been arrested for shooting a 26-year-old to death this week has been identified.

Syracuse police say that 16-year-old Carlos Stackhouse, shot Shaheem Grant Saturday as he was driving out of the parking lot of the Ashley Arms apartments on South Salina Street.

Surveillance footage captured Stackhouse at the scene of the murder and police say the teenager confessed, and took officers to the black revolver he used in the deadly shooting.

Stackhouse is being held at Hillbrook. He is charged with second degree murder
