Oswego County, N.Y. - Oswego County Health Officials say they were able to take to the skies and spray Monday night.
Efforts to conduct aerial spraying in the Toad Harbor and Big Bay Swamp areas had been delayed for about a week due to Mother Nature.
Spraying over the last month began when mosquitoes were discovered carrying Eastern equine encephalitis.
