NTSB To Issue New Safety Recommendations Following Limo Crash

Schoharie, N.Y. - The NTSB is planning to issue new safety recommendations following a deadly limo crash in Schoharie last October.

The agency will make the suggestions, even as its investigation into the tragedy that left 20 people dead continues. One of the victims was a SUNY Oswego professor. A spokesman says the focus will be on occupant protection, which could be a reference to seat belts.

There's no word on when an official announcement will be made.
