DeWitt Chilli's Killer Faces Federal Judge Today

The man who admitted to killing two former co-workers at the DeWitt Chili's will be in Federal Court today.

William Wood Junior is expected to face a judge in Binghamton. Earlier this year, he pleaded guilty to state charges for murdering Stephen Gudknecht and Kristopher Hicks last September. He was sentenced to life in state prison without parole.

Today's hearing is dealing with federal charges that could lead to him getting the death penalty.
