A teen from Oneida County has been arrested for inappropriate contact with minors.
17-year-old Dylan Shalna of Rome was arrested on Tuesday and charged with 4 counts of sexual misconduct, as well as three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Police say the investigation into Shalna's behavior began in July. All three victims are under the age of 15. Shalna is currently in custody at the Oneida County Jail.
