State Police Name Those Involved In Shooting In Hastings

Hastings, N.Y. - State Police are sharing more about the Trooper involved shooting in the Town of Hastings:

Trooper Ryan Cooley was in southern Oswego County Tuesday morning tracking down a stolen vehicle. He found it, parked in 25-year-old Robert Teeter's driveway. Teeter was still in the driver's seat.
