State Fair Day 7: Fire & Rescue Day, Senior Day, .38 Special

The 2019 Great New York State Fair is taking another blue ribbon for attendance.

For the first time ever yesterday, more than 100,000 Fair fans turned out for the non-Labor Day Monday. 103,842 people enjoyed the sunny weather at the Fairgrounds; marking three straight days of 100,000+ crowds.

The Fair is halfway over, if you can believe it. Today at the Fair it’s Beef Day, Fire and Rescue Day, and Seniors Day. Fair-goers 60+ get in for free. Members f the fire service and other emergency responders get in for free with a vaild ID. They will be honored with a ceremony at the Horticulture Building at 11:00 a.m.

.38 Special returns to the State Fair tonight. They are on the West-End Experience Stage at 7 p.m. 

At Chevy Court is the first ever foreign language performer as Farruko takes the stage at 8 p.m.
