Court Documents Reveal Mans Role In Driveby Shooting That Killed Teen

Syracuse, N.Y. - Court Documents are revealing a man's role in the murder of a teenager last month.

Twenty-nine-year-old James Everson was arrested this weekend for being the driver during the drive-by that killed 18-year-old Jay'Mier Gillard last month. Court documents also cause Everson and 18-year-old Amir Bordies of shooting from the car.

Gillard died after being shot in the chest, near McKinley Park, on July 13th. 

Everson and Bordies are both facing second degree murder charges
