Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police have made an arrest in connection with a deadly stabbing.
They say 20-year-old Alexis Herrera-Cruz is facing a murder charge following the death of 19-year-old Michael LaCoste.
He was found seriously injured on Midland Avenue Monday night and pronounced dead a short time later.
Police believe a fight between LaCoste and Herrera-Cruz led to the stabbing.
