Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police have identified the victim of a deadly motorcycle crash.
They say 19-year-old Kyle Fish was killed Monday after his bike collided with an SUV at the intersection of James Street and Lodi Street. Fish was rushed to the hospital but later died, while the SUV driver wasn't seriously hurt.
