Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police say their investigation into an arrest that was the subject of a viral video could wrap up next week.
The department says 23-year-old Shaolin Moore was pulled over last Friday for playing loud music in his vehicle. When police asked him to get out of the car, he refused, so officers used force to remove him and get him in custody.
The police department says it's reviewing the need for more de-escalation training for its officers.
