Syracuse, N.Y. - A Syracuse woman, released from prison after a fatal DWI crash in 2010 that killed her friend, and then was arrested for a crash in April on Tipp Hill, did not shown up for her court appearance today.
Chelsea Kuss could face 1 1/3 to 4 years in prison. BUT her lawyer says Kuss had checked herself into a rehab facility in Pennsylvania.
The judge says if she doesnt show up to court June 14th, he will issue a warrent for her arrest.
