Protesters Plan Rally Against Police Brutality In Syracuse

Syracuse, N.Y. - A rally is being held in Syracuse following an arrest that was the subject of a viral video.

Organizers say they're going to be speaking out against police brutality in front of City Hall at 6:30 p.m. Syracuse police say 23-year-old Shaolin Moore was pulled over last Friday for playing loud music in his vehicle. When police asked him to get out of the car, he refused, so officers used force to remove him and get him in custody.

The incident was caught on video and went viral over the weekend. The police department says it's reviewing the footage of what happened.
