Cortland Woman Was Held, Drugged And Raped For Several Days

Cortland, N.Y. - A Cortland woman remains in the hospital after police say she was drugged, raped and held captive for days.

Cortland police were called to a house to check on a woman after they received information, she may be in danger. When police arrived they were met by Raymond Cole, who refused to let them in. While police were speaking with him at the front door, the woman came out a back door.

She told police she had been held against her will, injected with drugs and raped for a number of days.

Cole is charged with first-degree rape, unlawful imprisonment and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
