Gov. Cuomo Doubtful Recreational Marijuana Bill Will Pass This Year

Albany, N.Y. - Governor Cuomo is casting doubt on whether a recreational marijuana bill will pass before the end of this year's legislative session.

The governor said he doesn't believe there are enough votes for a bill to pass the Senate. Cuomo also believes New Jersey's failure to pass legislation made the issue more complicated in New York.

Lawmakers say they're going to continue trying to come up with a bill that will pass before they leave Albany June 19th.
