Cicero, N.Y. - Police have arrested the man who stabbed a mother and her daughter in Cicero.
Cicero Police Chief Joesph Snell says Michael Powers was the daughter's ex-boyfriend. He broke in through a back window of their home on Lackawanna Lane Sunday Morning. The daughter called 911. By the time police got their Powers was gone.
He promised to turn himself in.
However today police figured out that was probably not going to happen, and so they went looking for him. They found him in the Lyncourt area, where he attempted to run.
He was arrested and is in cusotdy to be arrainged this evening.
