Cicero Police Arrest Man Who Stole Volunteer Firefighter's Jeep

Cicero, N.Y. - Cicero police have arrested the man that stole a volunteer firefighter’s SUV while he was out on a fire call.

Police say 43 year old Timothy Howard, stole the Jeep from the firehall last Friday. The fire station’s bay door did not close, and Howard walked in and began rummaging through firefighter's lockers. Thats where he found the keys. Police also believe Howard may have stolen items from the Circle K at Route 31 and South Bay Rd that day as well. He’s charged with 2 counts of petit larceny, a burglary count and grand larceny.

Howard is being held on $5,000 cash or $2,500 bond.
