Arkansas Man Was High On Pot When He Drove Boom Truck Into Teen's Car

An Arkansas man has been arraigned after investigators determined he was high on marijuana when he caused a crash that killed a 19-year-old.

Jeffery Carroll was driving a lift boom truck on Route 13 in Williamstown when he crossed the yellow line and hit Mikayla Guile head-on.

He was ticketed for traffic infractions at the time of the March 30th crash. Now investigators say he was high.

He's being kept behind bars without bail on manslaughter and vehicular manslaughter charges.
