Breanna Stewart Tears Achilles Tendon In EuroLeague Championship

Former CNS Basketball Star Breanna Stewart will likely be sidelined for the entire WNBA season after suffering a torn Achilles tendon.

Stewart was playing in the EuroLeague Women’s championship game Sunday when the star attempted a shot and landed on the foot of another player.

Stewie won the WNBA title with the Seattle Storm last season. She likely won't be able to help them defend their tire. Recovery for a torn Achilles ranges from six months to a year.
