Utica, N.Y. - Oneida County Sheriffs have arrested a Rome man for having sex with an underage girl.
Deputies learned that 20 year old Nicholas Ceravolo, had sexual contact with a 16 year old girl inside his home. He also provided pot to the child. Ceravolo turned himself in.
He was charged with 1 count Sexual Misconduct and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
