Alberto Reyes on two counts of second-degree murder in the deaths of Selena Hidalgo-Calderon and her son, Owen.Reyes faces second degree murder charges following the deaths of Selena Hidalgo-Calderon and her 14-month old son Owen.
Reyes, who was deported at least one other time, was in the country illegally when he was arrested.
