Reports: Oshae Will Declare For The NBA Draft

Oshae Brissett could be leaving Syracuse sooner than fans hoped.

There are reports that he will declare for the NBA Draft. He will still be able to return to SU.

It is the same process that Tyus Battle did last season before deciding to return to Syracuse for another year.

The Sophomore was almost guaranteed to go to the NBA Draft at the end of this season, according to experts, but his stock dropped during the end of the season. Brissett had a strong Freshman year, but his numbers took a dip this year. Despite showing flashes of being a great player, he isn't showing up in any current NBA Mock Drafts.

In declaring for the draft the 6-foot-8 athletic forward will be able to work through the early draft process, attend the combine, and workout with individual NBA Teams. He can even hire an agent to help guide him through the process.

He must make a final decision by May 29th if he will complete the process and go to the draft or return to Syracuse University.
