Baldwinsville, N.Y. - Police have arrested a transient arsonist in Baldwinsville.
Firefighters responded to two fires within 3 hours at the same apartment complex Monday. Somebody was lighting fires in the hallway.
Police say they found 22 year old Matthew Jones in a different area and he confessed to setting the fires.
He is charged with two counts of arson.
