Syracuse, N.Y. - Pande "Pete" Trifunovski was sentenced to 25 years to life today for the murder of his wife.
Trifunovski was convicted of murdering Snezana “Suzie” Trifunovski in January of last year. He beat her with a log and then suffocated her in their basement in a dispute over exercise equipment.
As Judge Stephen Doughtery handed the 69 year old his sentence he said he hoped all of Trifunovski's remaining days were filled with thinking about his wife and nightmares about what he did.
