CNY Blasted With Arctic Air As Dig Out Continues

Central New York is digging out after the first major winter storm of 2019.

Many locations saw more than a foot and a half of snow --  but in its wake CNY is left with bitter cold.   Governor Cuomo is urging New Yorkers to stay safe as wind chills and temperatures dip below zero in many spots.

It's suggested that if you do have to go outside, make sure you dress in layers and keep your head covered. Also, be aware of the possibility of power outages and check on your elderly friends and neighbors.
