One Of Three Accused Of Manslaughter Take A Plea, Implicates Other Two

Syracuse, N.Y. - One of three men accused of manslaughter, pleaded guilty today.

26 yr old Keenan McGriff pleaded guilty for causing the death or Ernest Collins.

 McGriff had faced up to 5 to 15 years in prison but with the plea he will spend 1 1/3 to 4 years in prison and was released today,  pending sentencing. 

McGriff and two others, Andrew Thomas and Robert Wilson, attacked Collins before he fell down in the busy street, and was run over by a passing motorist.

Wilson decided to mull over the plea deal, before McGriff took it , implicating  both Wilson and Thomas.
