Schoharie, N.Y. - A lawsuit has been filed in connection with a deadly limousine crash in Schoharie.

The parents of Amanda Rivenburg are taking Shahed Hussain and his son Nauman to court. Shahed owns Prestige Limousine, while Nauman has been charged with criminally negligent homicide.

Twenty people were killed in last month's tragedy. The cause of the crash is still the subject of an NTSB probe.
