Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police are looking for a bank robber. Around 2 this afternoon a man walked into the James street Chase Bank and gave a handwritten note to the teller. It demanded money, and said if she did not comply, he would hurt people. He brandished a silver handgun.
He left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect was described to officers as a light skinned black male, wearing black pants and a black sweatshirt, wearing white sneakers with dark laces.
The suspect was carrying a black and grey colored backpack.
