Syracuse, N.Y. - A Lysander man accused of beating his wife to death wants to go to trial.
69 year old Pande "Pete" Trifunovski, was charged in January of murdering his wife 62 year old Snezana "Suzie" Trifunovski, and hiding her body in a storage unit.
In court Trifunovski rejected taking a plea that would have meant 15 years to life. He wants a jury trial instead.
Judge Stephen Dougherty is giving Trifunovski until Friday to make a final decision. After that the deal is off the table. The trail is scheduled to begin Dec 10th and could land him in jail for 25 years to life.
