Another Twist In The Sodus Double Murder

Sunray, Tex. - There's another twist in the Sodus double homicide investigation.

Authorities in Texas have arrested the acting police chief in the town where the former chief, and an officer, were charged in the Sodus case.

Joseph Flores reportedly is charged with tampering with a government document.   Prosecutors in Wayne County say Flores was questioned in the Sodus killings, but the charge is not related to that case.

The former chief in Sunray, Texas, Timothy Dean, is charged with murder in the deaths last month of Joshua Niles and Amber Washburn. Dean's wife and Niles' ex-girlfriend Charlene Childers, along with Sunray police officer Bron Bohlar are charged with conspiracy.
