Clay, N.Y. - A teenager is fighting for her life after being hit by a car last night in Clay.
Onondaga County Sheriff's Deputies say that around 8 last night 14 year old Sydney Pilz of Clay was walking on Bear Road when she was hit by a car driven by 29 year old James Brennan.
Pilz was taken to the hospital and is still listed in Critical condition in ICU.
Brennan and his passenger were not hurt and are cooperating with investigators. No tickets have been issued.
