Schoharie, N.Y. - Work on a memorial to honor the victims of the Schoharie limousine crash are moving forward.

A Schenectady newspaper reports the Reflections Memorial Foundation has created a board of directors and is planning a fundraiser for November 4th.  That event is being held in Schoharie.

This Sunday, another fundraiser is being held in Schenectady.  Money from that event will go to the victims' families.
