Community Service Handed Down For Dunkin' Drencher

Syracuse, N.Y. - The now fired Dunkin' Donuts employee that was seen drenching a homeless man in a viral video will need to perform community service.

Shakeen Robbins poured a pitcher of water on the head of Jeremy Dufresne as he was resting at a table in the restaurant charging his cell phone. Onondaga County Prosecutors will not seek criminal charges against Robbins. Instead, he will perform 75 hours of community service at an agency that assists the homeless population in Syracuse.

Statement from Onondaga County District Attorney Bill Fitzpatrick:

Robbins has publically apologized for dumping the water on Dufresne
