Oswego, N.Y. - A homeless man is accused of defecating and urinating inside of an Oswego Church.
Oswego City Police arrested Arthur Mangan for defiling the floor at St. Mary of the Assumption Church last month. Cops say church officials discovered the pee and poop the day after it had happened. Fortunately, there was surveillance video that was used to help identify Mangan as the miscreant.
Mangan caused $250 worth of damage and is charged with a count of criminal mischief for each of his bodily functions along with criminal trespass.
