Fairmount, N.Y. - Investigators have ruled out foul play as the cause of a fire that killed a Fairmount woman.
Crews were called out Monday morning to battle the blaze at the Aaron Manor Townhouses.
42-year-old Judy Lyn McCue died among the flames. Fire investigators have not said whether or not they've determined what specifically sparked the fatal fire.
The Red Cross is helping the people left homeless by the fire.
