North Syracuse, N.Y. - Last Friday North Syracuse Police were conducting an investigation on Wells Avenue and they discovered 6 and half pounds of marijuana.
Police arrested Paul Michael Schmunk and charged him with criminal possession in the second degree, a felony.
North Syracuse Police, Oswego County Drug Task Force, and Homeland Security investigators were all involved.
They found him in possession of the drugs while conducting a separate investigation.
