Four Charged In Connection To DeWit Chili's Murder

DeWitt, N.Y. - Four people in connection to the brazen robbery and execution of two employees at the Chili's restaurant in DeWitt are now being charged.

47-year-old Ronald Green is charged with second-degree murder and endangering the welfare of a child. He is accused of being the getaway for William Wood Jr. 

53-year-old Tracy Brown is also charged with second-degree murder. She is accused of providing the gun that Wood admittedly used to kill Stephen Gudknect and Christopher Hicks. 

Brown's son, Ryan, is also charged. He is accused of lying to investigators in an effort to protect his mother.

Wood, who admitted to DeWitt Police that he was the gunman, is facing two counts of First-Degree Murder.
