Man Arrested For Driving Recklessly At The State Fair

Geddes, N.Y. - A South Dakota man was arrested at the State Fairgrounds.  

State Police say 40-year-old Phillip Councilman was driving recklessly in the Pink Parking Lot around 8:50 a.m. Wednesday. Troopers had to remove Councilman from his a red Dodge pickup truck after he refused to get out.  

He was charged with reckless endangerment and is being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center.
