Suspect In Dewitt Church School Burglary Identified And Arrested

Buffalo, N.Y. - The suspect in the St. Matthew's School burglary has been arrested in the Buffalo for doing the same thing. 

According to the DeWitt Police Department, 27-year-old Codey Kistner from Utica was identified by a business owner who had been burglarized by him before. 

Police say Kistner broke into St. Matthew's school taking cash including a donation jar intended for the Upstate Golisano Children’s hospital. Kistner was arrested on the 20th in the Buffalo while committing another burglary.

He's currently being help in Erie County.
