Pennsylvania Man Busted In Waterloo Selling Stolen Vet Grave Markers

State policed arrest a Pennsylvania man for stealing grave markers from veterans' graves.

Troopers in Waterloo say they got a complaint about suspicious activity at a local scrap yard and learned that Ronald Cichinelli had offered for sale numerous brass markers from veterans' graves.  Troopers contacted the Pennsylvania State Police and a Veteran's Affairs office and found markers had indeed been stolen from a cemetery there.

Cichinelli was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and is in custody on 40 thousand dollars bond.  He will likely face additional charges in Pennsylvania.  The markers were recovered and are being held as evidence.
