Utica , N.Y. - Last night around 8:30 the Utica Police Department responded to the 700 block of Elizabeth St. near Hubbell St. for shots fired with a person injured.
When they arrived they found one male victim suffering from gun shot wound. He was transported to the hospital where he died.
He has been identified as 17 year old Stefan L. Medina. The Utica Police Department is asking for the public’s help.
