Georgetown, N.Y. - Wednesday night around 7:50pm, Madison County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a car-motorcycle accident.
77 year old John Anderson of Georgetown, N.Y. was heading north and turned left into a driveway. At the same time 59 year old Brian Livingston of Liverpool, N.Y., was heading South. Anderson turned into the path of Livingston's motorcycle, which caused him to strike the car.
Livingston was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Anderson was transported to Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton for evaluation of his injuries.
The accident continues to be under investigation at this time.
