Mexico, N.Y. - Oswego County Sheriff’s Office have identified the victim who was hit by a truck early Wednesday morning.
He's 14 year old Gary Witkovsky, a student at Mexico School District.
Witkovsky was pronounced brain dead yesterday afternoon due to injuries suffered in the collision.
There have been no charges filed against the driver of the truck, 22 year old Travis Howard. The incident still remains under investigation by the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office.
