State Police Identify Man Who Drowned In Oswego River Sunday

Town of Granby, N.Y. - New York State Police have identified the man who drowned in the Oswego River in the Town of Granby Sunday  36 year old Jason Burr of Fulton. Was found in the river around 8:50 in the evening. A resident saw  Burr floating and unresponsive about 35 feet from the shore. He was recovered by Phoenix Fire Department Water Rescue, brought to shore and pronounced dead. An autopsy has determined the official cause of death  is drowning.
