Anthony Saccone Due In Court Wednesday

Syracuse, N.Y.The man accused of killing three people while he was driving drunk and high on cocaine is back in court today.

Anthony Saccone had been scheduled to appear in court  today even before he had his bail revoked.

Onondaga Deputies busted him doing burnouts on Electronics Parkway after he had been drinking early Sunday Morning. He was arrested and a judge ordered him to be held until his trial later this year. 

Saccone is facing three murder charges after t-boning a car in Fairmount killing 19-year-old Baylie Rose, 18-year-old Michael Walker, and 20-year-old Samra Osmanovic
