Liverpool Man Cheats Canandaigua Homeowner Out Of Over $45,000

A Liverpool man is accused of bilking a homeowner in Canandaigua out of over 45 thousand dollars.

State Police arrested 22 year old David T. Michel  Jr. and charged him with third degree larceny.

Michel collected money from a home owner but never did any work. Doing business as Appearance Concrete was given three checks for materials totaling  45,322 dollars, but he never ordered the materials and never completed any work and refused to return the money to the homeowner. He was arrested and charged with third degree larceny.

He also was involved in a similar incident with a homeowner in Victor that took place in May.
