The 1 year old Auburn toddler who fell into a backyard swimming pool last week has died. Jaxon Finizio would have turned 2 in just a few weeks, had been on life support since last Tuesday.
Reports indicate that Jaxon was out of a highchair, but someone had left a door open, and he wandered out onto the deck and fell into the pool.
Auburn Police say it was just a tragic accident.
