More Members Of Expelled Frat Suing SU

Four more members of the Theta Tau fraternity are taking Syracuse University to court.  According to court documents, the students believe the school tried to label them as criminals to damage their reputations.  The now-expelled group made national headlines in April after a video surfaced showing pledges taking part in what the chancellor described as racist, anti-Semitic and homophobic behavior.  The students are asking for $1 million each in damages.
