As The Heat Wave Continues Pools Are Closing In Syracuse

The city of Syracuse has announced another city pool that's closed for repairs. 

Kirk Park pool on the city's South side is closed and will remain closed until further notice. 

Today the city closed Schiller Park pool. This closure was somewhat scheduled as they were waiting for a part to be delivered and it has been. 

Central New York is in the middle of a week long heat wave, with temperatures expected to continue to be around 90 degrees. 

The city still has the following pools and water 

Operating all day

Upper Onondaga Park

Lower Onondaga Park

Washington Square Park

Union Park

Operational during pool hours

Thornden Park

McKinley Park

Schiller Park

Water Misters

Burnet Park

Skiddy Park
