Two Arrested In Syracuse With $25,800 Worth Of Cocaine

Last night around 7:10pm, Syracuse Police responded to a trespass investigation at Parkside Commons, 201 Westmoreland Ave. 

The officers saw someone in a vehicle in the parking lot. 50 year old  Kevin Bullock, of Camillus, 32 year old  Jessenia Velazquez, of Syracuse and a six year old child were in the vehicle.  

As police spoke with the occupants they observed a white powdered substance all over the front passenger’s seat of the vehicle.  The powder tested positive for cocaine. Upon further search of the vehicle, police located a digital scale with cocaine residue, a plastic bag containing 136 grams of cocaine on the front passenger’s floorboard and 122 grams of compressed cocaine in a dash compartment of the vehicle. 

In total, officers located over nine ounces of cocaine, which has a street value of approximately $25,800.

Bullock and Velazquez were arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First, Third and Seventh Degrees, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Trespass.
